

Johnson and Visto first developed the concept for Say Cheese a few years ago as they were brainstorming unique ideas that didn’t yet exist in the metro area.

“We’re plugging along, so we should be open by the last week of July if everything goes well,” Johnson commented. The group is currently working to put the finishing touches on the interior of the restaurant and staff up in advance of the opening. Working alongside Johnson will be co-owner Kelly Visto, the restaurateur behind Big Erv’s in Horace, and general manager Heather Nygaard.
